We love to send gifts for you. Let us know the
address to ship to in the "Shipping Address" field. We will send you the invoice.
If you would like a message sent with the gift, leave it in the comments section.
Otherwise, we will send the gift anonymously.
Custom
Orders
Ask us about individualized, custom choices for wedding functions,
baby showers and home parties. We love to work with you to make your celebrations
unique! We can custom design bridal party packages to co-ordinate with bridal
bouquet flowers, only one of the special requests we love to provide.
Soap
Variation
Our soaps are handmade and subsequently will vary and not
be identical from batch to batch or even bar to bar. Slight variations in color,
design of swirls, textures, and surface decorations will occur and often differ
from product photos. Our designs vary seasonally and we adjust to current design
trends, incorporating them into our line's fragrances and packaging. Check our
web site for our most current revisions of product lines.
Payment
Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard & PayPal through our website's shopping
cart. If you prefer, we accept personal checks & money orders by mail.
Shipping
All orders over 100.00 are shipped free. Shipping rates are calculated on our
shopping cart page. We ship out one to three days after receipt of the paid order.
We ship USPS first class or Priority Mail. Normally they deliver packages 1-3
days after receipt.

Insurance
Shipping insurance is available on all domestic packages.
If you desire insurance, leave a note in the comment section of the order form.
We, unfortunately, are not responsible for shipping errors once the product leaves
our facility. Lost shipments are rare, however, during busy seasons can occur.
Damaged
Shipping
If your product
arrives damaged from shipping, save all shipping materials. Notify the shipping
carrier and contact us immediately. We will be able to replace the merchandise
once the carrier inspects and creates a reported incident.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, our products are non-returnable. However, if
your products arrive damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, contact us within
48 hours. We will require the damaged items shipped back to us. Upon receipt,
we will immediately ship out a replacement and reimburse your shipping cost.
Changes
/ Cancellation Policies
If you need to change an order once placed,
contact us immediately. Depending upon its delivery process, we may be able to
adjust the order. We are more than happy to combine orders to save on shipping,
where possible. We will gladly cancel an order, however, once the shipping labels
are printed, we cannot cancel an order.
Privacy
We never share, rent, nor sell your personal information with anyone. Our shopping
cart uses SSL encryption, verified by the image of a yellow lock in the address
bar.
Disclaimer
Allergic reactions are uncommon; however, we recommend you test products first
by using them on a small patch of skin for 24 hours. If redness or irritation
develops, discontinue use and consult a physician. The information presented on
